About Our Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the product purchased you can contact us to request refund within 60 days from the purchase date.

  • Refunds are provided if the products don't work as described. The absence of a feature that was not described or shown on the site is not a reason to request refund. We do not welcome evaluation purchases. You must evaluate the products using the online demos and sandbox or request an evaluation copy.
  • Incompatibilities caused by your WordPress theme CSS or improperly coded JavaScripts in the theme or other plugins are not acceptable reason for refund request. You need to contact us and give us the opportunity to help you resolve the issue. If we can't help you will be refunded.
  • Customers who were refunded once are not eligible for refunds on purchases made after that.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests at our sole discretion in which case you will be provided reason and offered alternative solution of your problem.
  • Once you were refunded you can not continue using the product.
  • There is 5% processing fee on all refunds.
